So my partner really wants us to attend this art expo next weekend, but honestly, I've been dreading it. My latest paintings just aren't clicking with anyone but me. Instead of being honest and admitting defeat, I concocted a little fib about an urgent work project... It feels silly, but lying felt like the easiest way out at the moment....
