A Complicated Roleplay Gone Wrong

I recently started experimenting with more complex roleplaying scenarios to spice up my solo activities. Last night, I decided on a scenario involving consent and dominance. In the story, I was a high-powered executive giving orders to an assistant who wasn't fully aware of their own boundaries. It began as a safe, consensual exploration, but something strange happened, I started questioning real-world scenarios where someone might not have known their limits. This led me down a troubling path, imagining unethical power dynamics in the workplace. I was careful never to cross into non-consent territory, but it felt uncomfortably close at times. The more I tried to analyze why this fantasy bothered me, the more entrenched I became in these mental scenarios that blurred lines between healthy roleplay and unhealthy power imbalances. Eventually, I had to stop the session, feeling unsettled and guilty about where my mind was going.
