A Late Night Call and Its Consequences

So last week, my spouse was out of town on business. I should have known better than to answer the phone at 1 AM, but it was an old friend from college, let's call him John, who left a drunken voicemail saying he missed me more than ever. The next day, we talked briefly online and exchanged texts that night too. Nothing too wild, just flirtation mostly. But here I am now, wondering if I should tell my spouse about the calls and texts. I mean, it's not like there was anything physical happening, but still feels... questionable.
