Shameful Night

I was working the late shift at the hospital and had just clocked out. I stopped by the supply closet to grab some paperwork when a patient's wife walked in, looking for her husband's medication. We ended up alone together, and there was an immediate spark. She leaned against a shelf, and before I knew it, my hands were on her hips, kissing her neck. The rush of adrenaline made me reckless. We kissed deeply and then suddenly she whispered, 'Let’s go to the break room.' In that moment, professionalism flew out the window. We did something we both knew was wrong but couldn't resist.
