i have to admit i've been exploring some unorthodox avenues in my professional setting lately. a patient of mine, lets call her marie, she's in her twenties and came for anxiety issues. after a while, it became clear there was something more underlying than just mental health. turns out, the stress of her current life and relationship left little room for fun or exploration. we started discussing kinks, and yeah... let's say things got clinical but not medical at all. marie agreed to try some roleplay scenarios in my office one day while i was on call. it wasn't professional by any means, but it felt like the only way to help her. just needed to get that off my chest.
