When My Student Seduced Me
Anonymous Unhinged Panther #852 · Cheating & Affairs
I've been in a long-term relationship with my partner of ten years. He's the love of my life, and we have so much together, children, pets, hobbies. But lately, there's this emptiness that I can't seem to shake. I met him during college, back when both of us were young and wild, but now things are different. We've settled into a comfortable routine, but it's not the same as before. A few months ago, one of my students started showing up late for class, her eyes locked on me in a way that felt dangerous yet intoxicating. She was new to campus, fresh out of high school, and somehow we clicked despite, or because of, the age gap. We had coffee together, talked long into the night over text messages. And then one evening, after a seminar, she kissed me. I froze for a moment, my hand hovering by her face, but then everything inside me seemed to snap loose. There was no going back. It was just once, and we've both kept it a secret, but even though I love my partner deeply, I can't stop thinking about that night. Do others have these kinds of thoughts? Am I the only one who feels this way when someone else seems so different from what they should be in my life?
