Confession from Dr. Lee

I'm Dr. Lee and I recently confessed to my fiancée about a sexual fantasy I had with one of my patients. It was during a routine check-up when he mentioned feeling stressed from work, and as we were talking, I found myself imagining us in a different setting, where I could help him relax more intimately. It's not something that ever came close to happening, but the thought has been lingering for months now. Thankfully, my fiancée was understanding and supportive.
