cant stop thinking about the other guy

ended things with my spouse a few weeks back, not sure how to feel about it yet. met someone else at a cafe a couple days ago who really got under my skin. we went back to their place but kept everything kinda vague and light hearted. i dont want to hurt anyone, so i guess im asking if what happened was just me dealing with the break up or something worse
