...It's Just Roleplay Sometimes...

Sometimes when my partner and I play together, we get into these roleplaying scenarios that feel a bit outside our usual comfort zones. Last night was one of those times where it crossed some kind of line for me without my really knowing what to do about it until after. We were doing this nurse and patient thing...I'm the doctor, you see, so it felt like stepping into someone else's shoes. But I started imagining things that weren't part of our agreed-upon script, like checking vital signs turning into a more intimate exam. It was all consensual and we stopped when it got too intense for me, but there’s this lingering feeling afterwards that just makes me feel so out of sorts. Like what does this mean about me? Are these normal feelings or something deeper I should address...
