guilty thoughts after

i had this casual thing with someone i met on an app, just for fun, nothing serious. we went to a hotel and did stuff, but it was kinda more intense than expected. afterwards, i felt really guilty, thinking about my wife at home. now weeks later, i keep replaying what happened in my head, wondering if i should've stopped before things got too far...but also how good it felt for both of us. just can't shake this feeling.
