caught up in the moment

hey everyone, i've been feeling really torn lately between my commitment to my family and my desire for more adult connection. last weekend we went on a camping trip with friends, and one of them is this super charming guy who's in an open relationship. i ended up spending some quiet evenings by the fire with him talking about life and dreams. it got really steamy and romantic fast. before i knew it, we were making out deep in the woods under moonlight. the chemistry was wild! i've always been pretty faithful to my partner at home but this just felt so freeing and new. do others ever struggle balancing family duty with personal desire? what advice would you give me?
