another night on the job

hey everyone, i'm a nurse in my thirties and been single for quite some time. last week, one of my patients was really attractive but also clearly very sick. we got to talking and kind of hit it off, though i know i shouldn't be thinking like this while working. one night when he was feeling better, there were no cameras around and the mood felt right so... well, let's just say things went further than they should have. been kicking myself ever since - wondering if this is normal or if i need to talk to someone about my boundaries. anyone else dealt with something like this? would love some advice.
