Still Wanting Something More

I'm in my fifties now and mostly content with being single. But there are times when I feel a gnawing loneliness that makes me wonder what it would be like to share something more intimate with someone again. Last weekend, this feeling got so strong that I decided to take action, I joined an adult social club for the first time in years. It felt liberating yet daunting, reconnecting with that side of life after such a long hiatus. The experience left me both satisfied and oddly wistful, wondering if there's still something out there for me.
