Curiosity Got the Better of Me

I met someone new on a dating app this week. We exchanged messages and seemed to connect well over shared interests and lifestyle choices. One night, after a few drinks at a bar, we found ourselves in my apartment talking for hours about everything under the sun. The atmosphere was electric with tension and mutual attraction. We both hinted at wanting more but neither of us made any moves. Curiosity got the better of me and I ended up inviting them to stay overnight without anything specific in mind, it was purely as a test, to see if we'd be comfortable sharing such close quarters without crossing that line. To my surprise, we didn't do anything more than cuddle and sleep side by side until morning.
