recently single again

just got divorced last month and it hit me pretty hard emotionally. i was really into my ex but now that we're apart, all these feelings of inadequacy and loneliness are coming up. had a few drinks the other night and ended up sexting an old flame who's been flirting with me online for weeks. felt so conflicted and ashamed after but also kinda relieved to get some release. not sure what this means for my future or if i'm ready for anything new right now. just trying to sort through it all.
