Forgot the Milk Again

So I lied about something so small yet it's been eating at me. My partner loves milk in her coffee and she was counting on it this morning because we’re out of eggs too. So when she asked last night, I said yeah, totally got some milk this morning. But nope! It’s back to black coffee for now, and probably tomorrow if I forget again. I feel like such a dolt but hey, sometimes you just want an extra five minutes in bed.
