Caught Myself Looking at Porn in Front of a Patient's Family Member

I'm a doctor who’s been seeing a lot of stress lately. Last night, while checking on one of my patients who was still unconscious, I found myself thinking about some explicit content I’d read earlier that day. It wasn't like I planned to or anything; it just... slipped into my mind. To make matters worse, the patient's family member walked in at exactly the wrong moment, catching me mid-thought with a slightly guilty expression on my face. Thankfully, they didn’t say much and left quickly. But ever since then, all I can think about is how embarrassing this must have been for them, even though it was just in my head. Is this something doctors deal with often? Am I being too hard on myself here? Should I bring up the issue of work-life balance at a staff meeting or am I overthinking it?
