The Campus Divorce Twist

So yeah, I'm this college kid who recently got separated from my spouse. We were both in our early twenties and married straight out of high school, thinking we had the whole life thing figured out. But here's the kicker, after a few years, it was clear we just weren't meant to be together forever like that. We tried counseling and everything but decided to split up last month. It sounds pretty serious, right? Nah, I'm still laughing about it. The funny part is, I ended up living in my frat house again for the first time since high school, kind of ironic. My roommates were all shocked, though they've been a great support system during this weird transition. One night, after getting back from work at the coffee shop downtown where I make a few extra bucks, one of them set me up with a couple of girls who had heard about my recent change in status. It wasn't exactly a blind date setup, more like 'Hey, you're single again, let's have some fun.' Ended up dancing and chatting late into the night, no commitments or pressure, just enjoying being young and free after all this time.
