did i go too far at my anniversary party

ok so my wife and i have this thing where we swap gifts on our wedding anniversary each year but it's not just any gift, its something naughty. last night was our tenth anniversary and we decided to throw a little shindig with some couples who also love roleplay and bdsm. i mean everyone there knew the score. so my present for her this year was basically an enactment of one of our fantasies where she's my secretary at work and i'm her boss, except in character but not totally roleplaying because it got real pretty fast and we were both getting into it big time. then things started escalating wayyy beyond what i planned, like really edgy stuff that made us both feel kinda scared yet turned on out of control. i mean there was talk about taboo limits and power dynamics that maybe crossed the line, but everyone else seemed cool with how intense we got. still though, now my wife is asking me a lot of questions today about if it went too far, if she overstepped. i feel conflicted because even tho we were consensual all the way through, in hindsight some stuff feels sketchy. what do you guys think? am i being overly sensitive or did we take things past fun roleplay into more dangerous territory? give me your honest thoughts.
