i did something i knew was wrong

hey so there's this guy from the gym who's always super friendly to me and we've chatted a bit but never gone past that. yesterday though, when he was leaving early, i just felt like doing it. i texted him asking if he wanted to come over for coffee. i knew it wasn't really about coffee tho. we ended up getting kinda frisky on the couch, kept it light and consensual but still... i know my marriage isn't exactly great right now but i feel so guilty, like i broke something i shouldn't have.
