i deleted all her text messages

so yeah we started seeing each other, just casually no big deal right? but there was this one night where she got wasted and sent me all these really personal texts about how much she wished things were different with her ex. i mean i get it its normal but afterwards when shes sober i could tell she regretted it. so i deleted them all without telling her cause honestly id rather not know those kinds of details from someone im just... dating? and now whenever we talk about her past i feel like such a liar for pretending nothing happened.... but also relieved that there's no proof or anything.
