I never thought I'd share this with anyone, but it's been eating at me for years. When my partner and I were still in the early stages of our relationship, before we had kids and settled down, there was a time when I cheated on her with someone online. It wasn't physical, just a deep emotional connection and some explicit chats... but it hurt us both terribly when she found out.
