Was This Normal?

I'm married, five years in. We've been through rough patches, but settled into this rhythm of life together. Met her at the gym, I mean him, while doing a workout class and felt this connection right away. Got talking after, exchanged numbers. One night, I gave in... It was more about that feeling of rediscovery than anything else. But now? I'm questioning everything, wondering if every marriage goes through something like this to stay alive....Anyone have thoughts?
