my boyfriend and the nurse thing

so my main guy is a doc and one night at work this cute patient comes in, totally down for anything casual, says he knows we're both into other people. it was amazing but now i feel like a complete asshole and just wondering if there's something wrong with me. i mean we've all got limits right? or am i the only one who feels bad about this kind of thing?
