A Night Out on My Own

I’m married to a wonderful woman who trusts me completely. Tonight, I sneaked out of the house while she was asleep and went to this underground club for trans men. It’s our little secret world where we can be ourselves without judgment or pretense. I met some amazing people there, one guy in particular who really understood what it meant to navigate life as a trans man. We ended up spending the night together, both of us agreeing to keep it just this once and never again. She doesn’t know anything about it, but honestly, she’s the most important person in my life. I’m not looking for something else; this was just an incredible one-off that helped me feel seen.
