Nurse's Nightly Fantasy

So here’s the thing, I’ve been in my relationship for about three years now. We’re good, really good actually. But lately, this weird fantasy has been plaguing me... Every night, as I clock out from work and head home, I can’t help but think about a patient of mine who’s in his late twenties. He’s got that rugged look that makes my heart race and he’s always so polite, like we’re meant to be something more. Of course, it's nothing serious... But the way he looks at me when no one else is around gives me chills. I keep wondering what it would be like if we were just two adults playing a different role than nurse and patient. Is that weird? Should I tell my partner about this or am I being silly? ...What do you guys think...?
