Out of the Relationship Blues

Ended things with Sarah last week. It's been a whirlwind of emotions but mostly just numbness now. Had this one night thing on Friday that was supposed to help me cope, but it didn't really do much. Still thinking about all the years with her and wondering what could've changed... Maybe I'm just too old for all this drama.
