my midlife crisis isn't what i expected

so yeah i thought my midlife crisis would be all about sports cars and affairs with half-naked brunettes on the beach. turns out it's more like secret rendezvous with a student in her twenties at the campus library after class. she’s smart, ambitious, and she just gets me in ways that no one else has for decades. we both know it's wrong, but it feels right somehow. i keep telling myself to stop, but who am i kidding? i'm an old fool falling hard for someone half my age.
