Shift Overlap Mishap

So yeah, today at work I had a shift overlap with my new co-worker who happens to be an attractive, slightly older woman. We were both busy, but she insisted on helping me out despite the clock ticking down on her shift. It got… intimate. Not sure what to make of it, and I’m engaged too. Am I just being ridiculous for overthinking this? Or is this something others have experienced and shrugged off as harmless? Any thoughts or reassurance appreciated.
