A Slippery Slope During Separation

Since my divorce papers were finalized last week, I've been struggling with newfound freedom and loneliness. One night, after a long day of coping alone, I ended up visiting an old online friend who lives nearby. We hadn't seen each other in years but rekindled our friendship over drinks. The conversation turned to past memories and current insecurities. Eventually, we found ourselves in his bedroom. It was consensual, but it felt like a regression, a step back into comfort rather than forward into healing. I'm not sure if this will help or hurt my recovery process.
