A Long-Ago Experiment

I've been with Mark for over ten years now, and things have settled into a comfortable routine. Last week, we tried something new, Mark took control in ways he never has before, tying me up and exploring limits I didn't know existed. It was strange to feel so exposed and vulnerable, yet oddly liberating. But as soon as it ended, the sadness returned. What am I missing?
