feeling lost after the divorce

hey guys, i dont know if this is common or just me but since my divorce i kinda went off the rails a bit. i mean like one night stands with strangers online and stuff, which wasnt really my thing before. im not sure what to make of it all though. i guess its like i feel free now in some ways? but then confused and kind of lonely too. its complicated, yeah. dont know if anyone gets this or if talking helps but it feels weird not saying anything at all.
