my professor thing

so this summer i met one of my students at a bar. we were both drinking and talking and ended up back at his place for a bit of fun in the sack. it was quick, messy, and completely out of character for me. now im married with kids so what was i thinking? is everyone just doing this or am i some sort of outlier? thoughts?
