Late Shift Fantasies Turn Real

I work night shifts at a warehouse and it's been getting hard to separate my fantasies from reality. Last week, I found myself daydreaming about exploring some kinkier sides with my partner during our Skype calls. She seemed open, so we tried it once when she visited for a weekend. It wasn't exactly what either of us expected but neither was upset. Should I be worried this is becoming too much? Is there something wrong if these fantasies keep popping up at work?
