So This Is What Freedom Feels Like

Just got out of this long-term relationship that was so suffocating. We were together for three years, and it’s like all my senses are finally coming back to life after being in a dreamland. The thing is, last night I went home with this girl, Sasha, whom I had just met at a party. It wasn’t even anything major, just some drinks and a little dance or two. And then bam! We end up making out on her couch like there’s no tomorrow. Felt so free to do whatever I wanted for once. Defiantly didn’t care what anyone else thought. Yeah, it was intense and quick, but that moment of not giving a damn was something I’ve missed for way too long.
