Just Another Night Out

So last night, I went out with this guy I met at a bar. He’s in his early thirties, and we were just getting to know each other over drinks. Long story short, it ended up being more than just talking, let’s say things got heated back at my place. But here’s the thing: when he left, I realized that while it was fun, there wasn’t really anything special about him. Just another night out with no real connection beyond a quick hook-up. So yeah, guess I’m not exactly setting the bar high for who I date these days.
