Caught Myself Fantasizing at Work
Anonymous Hungry Fiend #357 · General
I know it’s pretty taboo to think about things like this while on the job, but lately I’ve been finding myself fantasizing about my patient during shifts. She’s in her twenties and has an incredible body with curves that just scream 'take care of me.' It all started when she had a routine check-up and we got to talking; there was an instant connection between us. Over the past few weeks, as I’ve seen her more often for follow-ups, those initial sparks have turned into full-blown fantasies. The other day while taking her vitals, I caught myself wondering what it would be like if she were a consenting patient and we could explore our chemistry outside of the doctor-patient relationship. Of course, there’s no way this can ever happen, she’s a patient and my professional integrity is important to me. But damn, these fantasies are driving me wild. Am I just plain nuts for even thinking about this stuff at work? Or is it normal to have some level of attraction despite knowing better? Any advice would be appreciated.
