Just Another Night Out

Went out last night and met someone interesting at a bar. We hit it off pretty quickly, both of us having that 'chemistry' you can feel without needing to say anything. It led to an evening not everyone would call casual but we were fine with. She's in her early thirties too, no strings attached kind of thing. After the night ended, I thought about it briefly while falling asleep, nothing romantic or deep, just a reminder that there are still some perks to being single and not looking for anything serious. Kinda surprised myself how easy it was to walk away without any second thoughts, usually I overthink these things. Must be my age catching up with me.
