Married Life's Little Surprise

So, I've been married for twenty years now, and my wife would probably be shocked to know that last week, during a business trip, I indulged in something unexpected. At the hotel bar, I met this striking woman who wasn't quite my type but had an undeniable allure. We exchanged numbers, and despite knowing better, I ended up at her place for some wine and conversation. Before I knew it, we were kissing and things escalated from there. It felt both liberating and wrong, as if cheating without really crossing the line. Am I just having a midlife crisis? Or is this something my wife wouldn't understand even if she found out?
