A Brief Encounter

I was supposed to be meeting my primary for dinner tonight, but I found myself at a bar instead. Met this guy, David, in his late thirties with a quiet confidence about him. We ended up back at his place and had an impromptu fling session that was surprisingly tender despite being anonymous strangers. Didn't want it to end, but knew better than to make promises I couldn’t keep. Just needed the release.
