....a moment of weakness...

I'm in this okay relationship, but lately I've been feeling so lonely. Tonight, after we had sex like usual, I couldn't help it, I just felt the need to touch myself while he was still inside me... It made me feel so dirty and alone even as we were together....anyone else ever do this? Is that normal?
