Wearing Scrubs For A Different Reason

I’ve been helping a patient with his recovery, but lately it feels like I’m there for something else. He’s decades younger than me and it’s not professional anymore. Should I talk to him about this or am I just overthinking things? Sometimes I wonder if he even sees me as a nurse.
