A Patient's Secret Visit

Went to see a patient for a follow-up. She seemed so frail and weak. After the exam, she asked if I could help her with something personal. Nodded, closed the door. Knew what was coming but couldn't say no. It was consensual, of course. Just felt like it shouldn't have happened. Why did I let this happen? Was there a part of me that needed more than just work?
