Another Slow Day At Work

So I was working my shift this afternoon and had that weird encounter with one of the regulars. It's not like we have any kind of real connection, but he kept making these offhand comments about being 'bored' at home and all that... You know, flirting by implication. Normally I'd just brush it off, but today I kinda played along for a bit, maybe got too into it because the rest of my day was so slow and dull. We ended up in the back room, talking more than touching really, though it felt pretty clear where things were headed before someone came knocking at the door. It's all kind of silly now that I think about it.
