Just A Little Experiment

Patient came in today with a twisted ankle, handsome guy, late thirties. We had a laugh, checked his stats, then he asked if I wanted to try something new, mutual roleplay while checking vitals. He was into the power dynamic; I got off on being the one-in-charge doc type. Played it cool but turned him over and gave him a thorough exam in all the right places. Feels so naughty when we cross boundaries, ended with him pressing me down, fingers deep inside, felt like a switcheroo of control. Is this normal for us to be into? Am I losing my professional edge? Thoughts?
