Wife's Sudden Change at Engagement Party

So last night was my engagement party. We've been dating for about two years now, and everything seemed pretty normal up until that point. But then out of nowhere, after all the speeches were done, we're hanging out in the backyard with a few close friends and family members, when my fiancée starts talking about how much she wants to try some role-playing stuff before our wedding night. Yeah, I was surprised too. She had never brought it up before or hinted at anything like this. But you know what? We ended up in the back of a car just an hour later, and it wasn't even that far from her parents' house! And she loved it... more than any other time we've been together. I mean, I'm definitely not complaining here, but now I’m wondering if this is something new for her or if it was all building up inside? We're talking about a woman who has always been pretty conservative. But maybe there's so much more to every person than what they show on the surface? Anyway, after that night, she’s talked about doing some kink stuff with me and I’m really into the idea now too. It sounds like it could be fun, but also kind of scary at times. So my question is: should we just go for it or wait until our wedding? And what if her parents catch us one day, that would be disastrous! Any advice out there?
