Divorced Already And What I Did

I just got divorced and haven't had time to process anything. My therapist said write down my feelings, so here goes. The night before my divorce papers were finalized, I slept with someone else. It was stupid... but I needed something different for a moment, something new instead of the void in front of me. We'd met two weeks earlier and talked about everything that happens to you when your marriage falls apart. Just one night... I'm not proud, but it happened and now it's eating at me. Was it wrong? I don't know... He was there for a distraction and nothing more. My ex doesn't know.
