Wearing My Groom's Ring Again Feels So Intimate

I've been wearing my groom's ring again after years of it sitting in a drawer. It feels so intimate, like he’s right here with me even though we’ve both moved on from the marriage and are now in healthy long-term relationships. Every time I put it on, I feel this rush of warmth, but then guilt and confusion set in. Is it just nostalgia or something deeper?
