Secrets Weigh Heavy

I'm a military spouse, married with kids. Kept this from everyone. Hooked up with an old friend of my husband's, just one night, but I can't get it out of my mind. Not sure if I feel guilty or just lost in the moment. How do you handle carrying secrets like this? Would love to hear your thoughts.
