I've been married for ten years now and while my marriage is stable and comfortable, I've always felt this underlying thrill seeking side of myself. Last month, a colleague from work approached me with an offer to meet up at the hotel bar after hours. She was attractive, intelligent, and we had some mutual chemistry that day in our office meeting. It wasn't love or anything like that, just pure physical attraction, something I haven't felt since before I got married. We ended up going back to her room together that night, it was a whirlwind of excitement and lust. Looking back now, the guilt is minimal because it was an isolated incident. There's no denying how much I enjoyed breaking out of my routine for those few hours.
